This Privacy Policy describes how Epic Events ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Banter Box Audio, a service of Epic Events, including our website at banterboxaudio.com and our dial-in audio guestbook line.

1. Information We Collect

• From you when you book: your name, email address, your event date, and the names you want shown on your guestbook materials.
• Guest messages: the voice recordings your guests leave when they call your event line, which we store so you can listen to and download them.
• Payments: payments are processed by Square. We do not store your card details on our own systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to set up and run your event line, send you your booking details and event reminders, deliver your guest messages to you, and answer your support questions. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: Twilio (phone line), Cloudflare (website hosting and message storage), Square (payments), and Resend (email delivery). They process your information only to provide these services to us.

4. How Long We Keep Messages

Guest messages are kept for a limited time after your event so you have time to download them, and are then deleted. We will remind you by email before your messages are removed.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
